PA GOP: Toomey, Corbett Rally The Troops At The 2010 PA GOP Fall Meeting

HARRISBURG – The Republican Party of Pennsylvania expressed its strong support and enthusiasm for electing U.S. Senate candidate Pat Toomey, gubernatorial candidate Tom Corbett, Lt. Governor candidate Jim Cawley, and our terrific slate of candidates at the Congressional, state Senate and state House candidates at their annual fall meeting held today in Harrisburg.

“Judging by the enthusiasm at this weekend’s events, our Party is more energized to go out and work hard to elect U.S. Senate candidate Pat Toomey, gubernatorial candidate Tom Corbett and our entire slate of Congressional, state Senate and state House candidates,” Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason said. “At a time when Democrats in both Washington D.C. and Harrisburg think the only solution to our problems is bigger government, Pat Toomey, Tom Corbett and our entire ticket are excited to bring the Republican principles of limited government and fiscal responsibility to our Commonwealth.

“With just 38 days to go before Election Day on November 2nd, the Republican Party of Pennsylvania is ready to turn our excitement into action on behalf of Pat Toomey, Tom Corbett, and our entire slate of Republican candidates.  I am proud to say that the Republican Party of Pennsylvania is the best grassroots network in the Commonwealth, and we’re ready to get to work.

“We still have a lot of work to do to deliver these crucial victories on Election Day and I am confident we are up to the challenge!”
