Toomey: Balanced budget possible in next 10 years (With Video)

UPPER DARBY — U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pa., discussed his proposal to balance the federal budget in 10 years during an editorial board meeting with the Delaware County Daily Times on Monday afternoon.

“I think it’s a travesty that the federal government spent $3.6 trillion (last) year and we have no budget,” said Toomey, a Zionsville, Lehigh County resident and former U.S. congressman for Pennsylvania’s 15th Congressional District.
