PA GOP: Chairman Gleason Releases Statement Regarding the 10th Anniversary of September 11th
HARRISBURG– Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement regarding the tenth anniversary of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks on our country.
“Ten years ago, America endured the most vicious act of terrorism in our nation’s history. Today, we remember the innocent men, women and children who lost their lives and send our most heartfelt thoughts and prayers to the families who were personally afflicted by this horrific tragedy.
“Through the embers of 9/11’s destruction rises the unwavering American spirit that continues to burn as bright as it ever has. The United States of America continues to be the greatest country in the world because of our brave men and women in uniform who fight to defend our freedoms. As one nation, we move forward bolstered by a firm resolve to never forget the events of September 11, 2001 by vowing to honor and fight for the values and principles that have and continue to make our nation great.”
