Stabile, Castile and Gantman statewide victories coupled with local standouts prove GOP has momentum heading into 2014
HARRISBURG — Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement congratulating Vic Stabile, Pennsylvania’s next Superior Court Judge:
“I send my heartfelt congratulations to Judge-elect Vic Stabile for his hard-won victory tonight. The Superior Court will certainly benefit from his integrity, determination and judicial philosophy characterized by ‘equal justice under law.’ I have known Vic for many years and this is the culmination of his hard work as a volunteer and a candidate. I also congratulate Justice Ron Castile and Judge Susan Gantman retaining their seats on Pennsylvania’s Supreme and Superior courts respectively. Pennsylvania voters agreed that we have an accomplished cadre of excellent judicial leaders who will serve Pennsylvania with honor and distinction.
“Tonight’s Republican victories prove that the GOP continues to be a dominating force in Pennsylvania statewide politics. Voters are tired of President Obama’s failed leadership, tired of Obamacare’s broken promises, tired of extremists like Allyson Schwartz who never met a tax she didn’t like, and are looking to the GOP to hold radical, liberal leaders accountable and provide smart, effective solutions. We head in to the 2014 with the wind at our backs and look forward to enjoying another Republican year by reelecting Governor Tom Corbett and Lt. Governor Jim Cawley.”
