HARRISBURG — Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement regarding tonight’s gubernatorial election.
“I want to applaud Governor Tom Corbett and Lieutenant Governor Jim Cawley for running a strong campaign,” Gleason said. “Tom Corbett and Jim Cawley have dedicated their lives to improving the lives of their fellow Pennsylvanians. Over the course of the past four years, Governor Tom Corbett and Lieutenant Governor Jim Cawley have created 180,000 new private sector jobs, and lowered the unemployment rate to 5.7%.
“Our Commonwealth is a better place because of their service.”
