HARRISBURG — Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason is proud to have former Texas Governor Rick Perry as the keynote speaker at the PA GOP’s annual Lincoln Day Dinner taking place this Friday, January 30 at the Hilton in Harrisburg.
