HARRISBURG — Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement regarding the passing of former First Lady Nancy Reagan.
“Nancy Reagan has served as a source of inspiration for generations of Americans,” Gleason said. “Her unyielding commitment to her husband Ronald was matched only by her passion for fighting for a better country. Throughout her time in the White House, Nancy Reagan carried herself with a sense of dignity and class that was extraordinary, and we mourn the passing of a true Republican legend.
“The prayers of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania are with the friends, family and loved ones of Nancy Reagan.”
