HARRISBURG — After Donald Trump’s policy speech today, Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement.
“Today, Donald Trump made a convincing case for why he’s the best candidate for the White House,” Gleason said. “Donald Trump is a smart businessman who understand what it takes to create jobs in our country. Far too many Americans have been left behind in the Obama-Clinton economy, and Donald Trump is prepared to get our country working once again.
“While Hillary Clinton focuses on herself, Donald Trump is committed to improving the lives of Americans. The Office of the President should not have the cloud of corruption that is a permanent fixture over Hillary Clinton’s head. In the weeks and months ahead, she will have to answer for her terrible track record and the effects it’s had on our country.
