“Hanukkah is a time of celebration and hope for Jewish families throughout our Commonwealth, our country and our world,” Gleason said. “The story of Hanukkah is one of perseverance, determination and dedication to the Jewish faith in the face of incredible hardship. Now, Hanukkah represents a joyous occasion rooted in faith, family and love.
“Our nation is grateful to the members of our Armed Forces who are spending their Hanukkahs away from their family, friends and loves one in order to protect our blessed country.
“The Republican Party of Pennsylvania wants to wish everyone a very Happy Hanukkah!”
