PA GOP Chairman’s Update – February 24, 2019

Dear supporters, friends, and those interested in the Republican Party of Pennsylvania:

As we are in the heart of local Republican committees holding annual Lincoln Day Dinners, I was excited to once again be traveling around our great Commonwealth, visiting with local committees, and spreading the Republican message.

Our message is truly one of liberty, holding true to our founding documents, and creating a better America for all people.

While celebrating Presidents Day and Lincoln Day dinners, it is important to remember what our country and our Party were founded on: respect for freedom, liberty, and the belief that all were created equal, with an equal share of the American dream open to them.

While I traveled over 1,000 miles in just under four days, I was proud to have our terrific endorsed Superior Court candidates on the road in support of each other.

While Judge Christylee Peck and proven prosecutor Megan King traveled together for events earlier in the week, they split their efforts later in the week with Judge Peck joining me in heading up to Erie County and later in areas through the northern tier of Pennsylvania.

Megan went to a number of Lincoln Day dinners in the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania where she joined PA GOP Vice-Chairwoman Bernie Comfort, who was also traveling Pennsylvania this weekend in campaigning on behalf of both endorsed candidates.

Though we are in the early months of the judicial election season, winning these statewide races is of critical importance to the Republican Party of Pennsylvania.

We know that the effort and tactics we use in the coming months are a trial run for the important work we have to do in 2020, including re-electing President Trump.

Also this week, I was happy to see staff on the road providing training to the Monroe County Republican Committee and working hard on behalf of our Party.
