Mike Barley serves as the Executive Director. Mike previously served as the Communications & Technology Director for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, where he has been employed since 2005. Michael also served as the Editor of the PA GOP’s monthly newspaper, The Pennsylvania Republican. Michael is a graduate of Millersville University.

Bob Bozzuto is currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. He has been employed with the PAGOP since early 2007, and formerly worked for Senator Rick Santorum as a staffer as well as on his re-election efforts in 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

Dan Cook serves as the Staff Assistant for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. Dan previously worked as a Northeast Field Representative for the 2010 Victory Program. A native of Sugarloaf Township in Luzerne County, Dan graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in political science.

Tyler Ayers serves as Deputy Political Director for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. An Allentown native, Tyler spent 9 years in California where he earned his degree from San Diego State University with a Bachelors in political science and a minor in english. In California politics, Tyler served as Campaign Manager of Sam Blakeslee for State Senator, Political Director of Steve Cooley for Attorney General and most recently as District Director for Assemblymember Linda Halderman.

Jerry Morgan serves as the Congressional Liaison for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. Jerry is charged with helping our Party recruit strong candidates to help our Party win key Congressional seats.

A veteran Victory staffer and attorney, Joe DeFelice has served as Philadelphia Director since January 2008. Joe has served as our Election Day Operations Director and has worked to prevent election fraud in the city of Philadelphia. A graduate of La Salle University, he also serves as the Director of Election Day Operations.

Ben Wren serves as the Western Field Director for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. A native of the Pittsburgh region, Ben previously worked for state Senator Kim Ward. He has a degree in history and political science from Gannon University.

Billy Pitman serves as the Communications and Technology Deputy Director for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. He previously served with DCI Group in Washington, DC and The Stewart Group in Raleigh, NC. Prior to that, he was Deputy Campaign Manager and Town Hall Coordinator for U.S. Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC). He graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC with a degree in Political Science and Economics.

Angela previously worked as the Direct Response Manager for Michele Bachmann for Congress, as well as the Finance Director for the Republican Party of Minnesota and the South Dakota Republican Party. Angela is a graduate of the University of South Dakota.

Margot is a Pittsburgh native. She graduated with a dual degree in International Studies and French from Michigan State University.

Kayla Vollmer is currently serving as the Commonwealth Club Coordinator for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. A Pike County native, Kayla graduated from Bloomsburg University with honors as a Political Science major. She was a member of the University’s College Republicans and Forensics teams, and has just recently began her work here at the PA GOP.
