GOP leaders disappointed in health summit -- call for Dems to start over

The attitude of Republican leaders in Congress remained unchanged after a bipartisan healthcare summit with President Barack Obama that lasted over seven hours.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said after the meeting that "Frankly, I was discouraged by the outcome."

Both McConnell and Boehner struck the same note they had before the summit; that they want Democrats to scrap their healthcare proposals and start the year-long process over.

"What we think they ought to do is start over and go step by step and target possible areas of agreement talked about in the meeting today," McConnell said.
