Sallie Mundy
Sallie Mundy will bring a wealth of experience and integrity as well as a diverse legal background to the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Sallie currently serves as a litigator at the firm of McEldrew & Fullam, P.C. which is based in Philadelphia. She works on behalf of catastrophically injured victims and as an advocate helping working class families seek the justice they deserve.
In addition to her private practice, she also serves as a volunteer public defender in Tioga County, gaining valuable criminal law experience.
Before going to work at McEldrew & Fullam, Sallie served as a defense attorney who defended doctors and hospitals against medical malpractice and other claims. Sallie practiced law throughout Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, working on behalf of the Hershey Medical Center and Penn State University.
Sallie graduated from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania and went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Following law school, Sallie served as a law clerk for Tioga County President Judge Robert M. Kemp.
Sallie has been active in the Pennsylvania Bar Association serving as a delegate to the House, the Bar’s voting body and as a Trustee on the Bar’s Insurance and Trust Fund.
Sallie was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to serve two terms as a board member of the Interest on Lawyer’s Trust Accounts Board.
Sallie has been active in her community, serving as a board member of the Tioga Little League Association and as Soup Labels for Education Coordinator in her community.
Sallie lives in Tioga County Pennsylvania and is married to her husband Jim. Together they have 5 children.
