HARRISBURG – A new poll released by Susquehanna Polling and Research shows Bob Casey’s numbers deep underwater heading into 2018.
Only 27 percent of Pennsylvanians believe that Bob Casey deserves a third term in the United States Senate, while 46 percent of Pennsylvanians say that it is time for someone new. Just as concerning for Casey – a career politician who has spent the last 20 years in statewide public office – 28 percent of Pennsylvanians do not even have an opinion of him.
“This poll confirms what people across Pennsylvania have been saying for months – people are ready for change,” said Pennsylvania GOP Communications Director Greg Manz. Manz added, “Bob Casey is a career politician who cares more about protecting his job than he does about the jobs of hardworking Pennsylvanians. The voters of Pennsylvania have had enough. They are ready for a senator who will fight for them and finally put Pennsylvania families and workers first.”
