Last week, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced yet another legal action his office is taking against President Donald Trump and his administration.
The filing is the latest in what is well over a dozen actions taken by the Office of Attorney General against the Trump administration since Shapiro took office in 2017.
In response, Republican Party of Pennsylvania Communications Director Jason Gottesman, made the following statement:
“At a time when Philadelphia’s murder rate is approaching all-time highs and Pennsylvania municipalities are flagrantly violating the US Constitution by declaring themselves as sanctuaries for dangerous illegal aliens, Attorney General Shapiro should stay in his lane and keep his focus on Pennsylvanians and not boosting his national profile by continually taking on the President.
“The continued pugnaciousness by Attorney General Shapiro is a continuation of Democrats doing everything they can to obstruct and resist a President who has worked to prioritize American values while reaching out to and providing solutions for those long left behind by the political establishment.”
