The Republican Leadership Initiative (RLI) will serve as the proving ground for anyone interested in working on political campaigns.
Participants in this six-week, unpaid fellowship program will come out trained, battle-tested, and ready for 2018. Fellows must commit to 15-30+ hours per week to complete the program.
As an RLI fellow, you will:
- Develop leadership skills
- Master cutting-edge campaign technology
- Learn how to execute voter contact operations and organize events
Upon Graduation from RLI, you will:
- Earn the title of RNC Fellow
- Be a prime candidate for Field Organizer positions in 2018
