As Secretary of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania and Chairman of the Delaware County Republican Party, Andy Reilly has played a critical role in electing Republicans at both the county and state levels.
Chairman Reilly was elected twice to serve four (4) year terms as a member of the Delaware County Council, the governing body for the County of Delaware. During his tenure on the five-member Council, Andy led the effort to revitalize older industrial areas of Delaware County while at the same time preserve the quickly diminishing open spaces. These efforts led to two major redevelopment projects along the Delaware River (Harris Casino and PPL Park Soccer Stadium), the preservation of hundreds of acres of open space across Delaware County.
Chairman Reilly is a member of the board and volunteer solicitor to the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum and also serves on the Board of the Delaware River Port Authority and Delaware County Solid Waste Authority. The former Chairman of the Delaware County Young Republicans, Reilly, is also a past recipient of the Man of the Year Award from the Delaware County Sons of St. Patrick.
A managing partner with the law firm Swartz Campbell LLC, Chairman Reilly’s law practice focuses on areas of civil litigation and municipal law, and he has represented numerous businesses, authorities and individuals regarding litigation, transactions, and employment issues. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and Delaware County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice before Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts, the U.S. District Court of Appeals in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Chairman Reilly is a graduate of Susquehanna University, where he majored in Finance and Marketing, and the Delaware School of Law. He currently resides in his hometown of Middletown Township with his wife, Denise and three children.
